Ride your bike to work week.

ITS RIDE YOUR BIKE TO WORK WEEK! And I have drove two of them. Monday I needed a car at work so I drove, but this morning when I was all ready to go and im riding off the curb POP goes the tube in my real wheel! So now I am missing out on riding to work and getting that much needed excersize. My breathing has improved so much after desiding to ride to work everyday. I feel stronger and I feel like my thought prosess is stronger as well. Riding is good.
